Hearing on the phone may be a source of frustration for someone who is hard of hearing but it doesn’t have to be. Relay Iowa and Telecommunications Access Iowa are dedicated to making phone conversations simple and accessible for individuals with hearing loss. Our services and specialized telecommunications equipment are also available for people who are Deaf or who have speech difficulties as well.
