Uncontrolled bleeding is the leading cause of preventable death by injury in the United States. The one-hour Stop the Bled course teaches the immediate responder how to identify and treat life-threatening bleeding until emergency responders arrive.

This free, hands-on course will be taught by members of the Urbandale Fire Department. Open to ages 10+. Limited Space, Registration Required.
